transit-times-mapSHIPPING FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Here are some of the most commonly asked questions about shipping frozen feeder rodents:

  1. How much does shipping cost?
    • Your shipping cost is determined by the size of your order and where you are located in the United States. To find out your shipping cost add your total rodent count to your cart and then put in your state and zip code on the cart page. You will then be able to see your shipping options with costs next to them.
  2. When will my feeders ship?
    • If you order is placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday we can ship your order on Monday.
    • If you place your order any other day of the week before 8 AM we might still be able to ship it that same day but we do not guarantee this.
    • We ship all of our 3 Day shipments on Mondays and Tuesdays
    • We ship all of our 2 Day shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
    • We ship all of our Overnight Shipments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
  3. Will my feeders still be frozen when I receive them?
    • YES. We guarantee your feeders will still be frozen when you receive them. We pack all of our shipments in insulated boxes with plenty of dry ice to ensure your feeders are still frozen when they are delivered to you.
  4. How will my feeders be packaged?
    • All of our feeders are packed in either vacuum sealed packaging or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn on all of our rodents.
